At Parayan O Rakkhoshgon, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the personal nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at namaste@parayanorakkhoshgon.com.

To help us review your request, please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
An unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon opening

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Resolution

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

Send a replacement product
Issue store credit
Provide a refund to the original payment method

Product Variations

Our products are prepared, filled, and packaged in small batches. Minor variations that do not affect the performance, safety, or usability of the product are not considered defects.

These may include:

Minor cosmetic variations in caps, bottles, labels, or packaging
Small natural variations in wood grain, texture, or finish
Tiny suspended particles, slight cloudiness, or sediment that may occasionally be visible in fragrance oils
Minor variations in colour that may occur naturally over time

Such variations do not affect product quality and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
